Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead automation project execution and cross-functional engineering teams to drive customer-focused solutions that align with company standards and budgets. You will serve as the main liaison between customers, project teams, engineering resources, and sales, while advancing continuous improvement in project delivery. You tackle complex automation and service projects, balancing quality, cost, and timelines, and you make critical product customization decisions when required. This position offers international exposure, leadership growth, and the chance to shape automation programs at scale.

• Manage automation, regular, and service projects from initiation to completion

• Negotiate project scope and timelines with customers
• Identify customer needs and translate them into business opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales and After Sales teams
• Perform project estimations and provide technical support during quotation and proposal phases
• Ensure quotation processes meet established procedures and quality standards
• Drive continuous optimization of tools, methods, and project execution processes
• Participate in internal improvement initiatives and contribute to organizational excellence
• Support implementation of best practices across projects and engineering activities

Responsabilidades
• Master's Degree in Automation Engineering or related field
• Professional Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Automation and/or Electrical Engineering
• Broad experience in project execution and project management
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and mentoring engineering professionals
• Experience managing customer-facing projects and stakeholder relationships
• English: B2/C1 level; French/Portuguese/German is a plus
