The Role The Race Engineer – Vehicle Dynamics is responsible for the understanding, development, and continuous improvement of motorcycle performance within Stark Future’s Racing program.



This role focuses on maximizing on-track performance through advanced vehicle dynamics analysis while driving structured development projects across chassis behavior, electric powertrain interaction, and overall motorcycle performance. The engineer will act as a central link between mechanical and electronic engineering departments, translating performance needs into practical engineering solutions. Working alongside the existing mechanical and electronic engineers, this position plays a key role in defining technical direction and initiating projects that improve handling, traction, efficiency, durability, and rider confidence in racing conditions.
