Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead CRM initiatives to grow and retain Freenow’s global user base, shaping lifecycle strategies and multi-channel engagement. You’ll work within the central CRM team across 9 markets, driving data-driven campaigns and cross-functional programs that boost activation and retention. You’ll mentor junior teammates, optimise experiments, and align communications with business priorities. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Define and implement lifecycle strategies to activate, engage, and retain users across 9 markets
• Own end-to-end automation creation across channels (email, push, in-app, SMS, etc.)
• Advise and coach junior CRM team members on best practices for global and local initiatives
• Optimize performance through behavioural data, A/B testing, and reducing friction in journeys
• Lead cross-functional projects (dashboards, lifecycle segmentation, process optimisation, experimentation frameworks)




• Manage and optimise CRM automations to align with lifecycle stages and business priorities
• Identify business opportunities and collaborate with Marketing, Product, local teams, and North American counterparts
• Coordinate prioritisation and execution in a fast-paced, multi-market environment

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement (regional/general)
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Braze a plus)
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage diverse initiatives across time zones
• Data-driven mindset using quantitative and qualitative insights
• Excellent English communication; other European languages are a plus
