Position Summary
Working from Barcelona as a Google Ads consultant, you will act as a primary digital growth partner for growing companies operating in the Dutch market. You will take full ownership of client portfolio management—guaranteeing smooth onboarding processes, driving deeper product adoption, retaining accounts long-term, and pinpointing lucrative expansion avenues to support client business growth.

Primary Duties
- Strategic Onboarding: Onboard new business accounts smoothly, identifying key objectives to formulate customized digital ad strategies.
- Stakeholder Outreach: Connect regularly with high-level decision-makers to demonstrate campaign effectiveness and introduce suitable ad packages.
- Campaign Optimization: Set up, monitor,



and optimize Google Ads accounts while continually refining bid strategies, copy testing, and demographic parameters.
- Analytics & Reporting: Interpret analytics data to formulate practical optimization recommendations that consistently maximize client ROAS.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain thorough CRM records, logging every client communication and updating account progress stages.
- Regional Feedback: Share observations regarding Dutch market developments and buyer behaviors to refine localized strategy models.
