Neuraxpharm is looking for a Supply Chain Manager in our Neuraxpharm Pharmaceuticals (Laboratorios Lesvi) based

in Sant Joan Despí, Barcelona (hybrid role)

Your mission:

To lead and continuously improve the end-to-end Supply Chain operations of the manufacturing site, ensuring seamless alignment between market demand, production capabilities and supply priorities of Neuraxpharm Pharmaceuticals. The role is responsible for Demand Planning, Production Planning, Procurement, Inventory Management, Logistics, Artwork Coordination and New Product Launches, ensuring reliable product availability, operational excellence and customer satisfaction while optimizing inventory, costs and working capital.

Your major accountabilities:

✔ Lead,



motivate and develop the Planning & Logistics team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.

✔ Own and oversee the end-to-end planning and logistics processes, including Demand Planning, Production Planning, Procurement, Inventory Management, Artwork Coordination and New Product Launch activities.

✔ Ensure alignment between commercial demand forecasts, production capacity and supply priorities to guarantee service levels and business continuity.

✔ Drive inventory optimization by defining, monitoring and approving key planning parameters, balancing product availability, operational efficiency and working capital objectives.

✔ Monitor supplier performance through relevant KPIs, ensuring service reliability and implementing corrective and preventive actions when required.
