? We’re Hiring: SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) – Senior Consultant / Lead

Are you an experienced SAP MDG professional looking for your next opportunity to lead complex master data transformation initiatives?

We’re looking for a Senior SAP MDG Consultant / Lead to join our team and support the design, implementation, enhancement and ongoing governance of enterprise master data solutions across FMCG / Consumer Goods and other industry sectors .

? The Role

You’ll work closely with business and IT stakeholders to translate complex master data requirements into scalable, sustainable SAP MDG solutions.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

- Lead SAP MDG implementation, rollout, enhancement and support activities.
- Design and configure MDG data models, workflows, validations, derivations and Change Requests .
- Work across key master data domains including Business Partner/Customer, Supplier/Vendor, Material/Product and Finance .
- Define and implement data quality rules, duplicate checks, enrichment processes and governance controls.
- Support integration between SAP MDG and SAP/non-SAP systems.
- Work with S/4HANA and/or ECC environments.
- Lead workshops and help define future-state master data processes and governance models.
- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, deployment and production support.
- Contribute to data migration, cleansing, harmonisation and enrichment initiatives.
- Provide guidance to junior consultants and contribute to capability development.
- Manage workstreams, deliverables, risks,



dependencies and timelines with limited supervision.

? What We’re Looking For You’ll bring strong hands-on SAP MDG experience, combined with excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Key experience includes

✅ SAP Master Data Governance

✅ MDG Data Models & Change Request Workflows

✅ BRF+ – Business Rules Framework Plus

✅ Validations & Derivations

✅ UI Configuration / Web Dynpro

✅ Replication & Integration

✅ Data Quality & Governance

✅ SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC

✅ Requirements gathering & solution design

✅ Configuration, testing, deployment & production support

✅ Data migration, cleansing & harmonisation

Experience with SAP PI/PO, SAP Integration Suite/CPI, APIs, IDocs and Web Services would be highly desirable.

? FMCG / Consumer Goods Experience?

Even better, not required.

Experience working with Customer/Business Partner, Product/Material and Supplier master data , particularly within large-scale transformation or integral template programmes, would be highly valued.
