Overview In this role, you will lead end-to-end SAP logistics solutions within the Agri-Food Execution domain as part of a general SAP CoE. You will drive design authority, solution lifecycle ownership, and regional harmonization to scale SAP Agri-Food processes. You collaborate with key users and senior stakeholders to ensure compliant, future-proof solutions and high service quality.

The role combines deep functional leadership with hands-on delivery, mentoring, and continuous improvement in a high-impact environment.

Responsabilidades Own full solution lifecycle processes (requirements, design, build, test, deploy, run)

Partner with users and stakeholders to align requirements and drive change adoption

Serve as reference expert for SAP Agri-Food Trading & Execution domains

Oversee functional support and ensure SLA adherence

Act as final functional escalation point for high-impact incidents

Lead regression testing and impact analysis with robust documentation





Manage/lead medium SAP projects and enhancements with limited oversight

Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices and knowledge sharing

Requisitos principales 12+ years SAP experience with deep expertise in SAP Logistics processes

Strong integration knowledge across FICO with exposure to SAP PS, PP, QM

Ability to operate autonomously in complex, high-pressure environments

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Collaborative, service-oriented mindset with ownership and accountability

Willingness to travel ~25% and provide occasional off-hours support

Fluent English (spoken and written)
