Overview In this role you lead the SAP HR & payroll operations for international clients, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing. You manage client relationships and drive ongoing process improvements within a growing MPS/BPO context. You will escalate payroll issues, collaborate with global stakeholders, and support the development of the payroll team.

Responsabilidades

Lead and manage the SAP HR & payroll operations team to ensure accurate, timely payroll within scope and SLAs

Maintain and strengthen client relationships as the primary delivery contact

Prepare and present payroll performance reports and KPIs in monthly reviews

Monitor service levels and credits, ensuring SLA compliance and addressing deviations

Serve as escalation point for unresolved payroll issues and ensure effective resolution

Collaborate with Global Process Owners and Payroll Country Leads to drive process improvements

Oversee staffing, recruitment, onboarding, and team development





Develop and deliver payroll staff training materials and programs

Foster a positive, high-performance team culture and continuous improvement mindset

Ensure compliance with global and local payroll regulations and standards

Coordinate team-impacting projects to achieve defined results

Requisitos principales 5+ years of experience in HR/payroll operations, preferably international or in MPS/BPO

Strong understanding of HR/payroll processes, compliance, and global payroll standards

Experience managing client relationships and delivering payroll services to multinational clients

Familiarity with SLAs, KPI measurement, and reporting

Demonstrated leadership, team development, and performance management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with adaptability

Experience with Change Management, planning, and organizational changes

Strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement abilities

Experience with SAP Payroll, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms is a plus

Payroll certifications (CPP, CPS, CPM) are an advantage

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus excellent communication interpersonal skills leadership
