ISP is looking to appoint a School Families Engagement Manager for Laude San Pedro International College, in San Pedro Alcántara area, Marbella.
Job Purpose The Family Engagement Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong, positive relationships between the school and its families. The role focuses on creating meaningful opportunities for families to engage with the school community, supporting effective communication, and ensuring that families feel welcomed, informed, and actively involved in school life.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective family engagement strategies aligned with the school’s values and objectives.
- Build and maintain positive and professional relationships with families, encouraging their participation in the school community.
- Plan, coordinate, and organise events, activities, workshops, and programmes designed to promote family participation and engagement.
- Communicate regularly with families through appropriate channels, ensuring that relevant information is shared clearly and effectively.
- Act as a key point of contact for families regarding engagement initiatives and school community activities.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, leadership, and other members of the school community to identify opportunities to strengthen family engagement.
- Support the development of initiatives that respond to the needs and interests of a diverse range of families.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of family engagement activities and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collect and consider feedback from families to help improve engagement strategies and school programmes.
- Maintain appropriate records of engagement activities, attendance, feedback, and outcomes.
- Promote an inclusive and welcoming school environment where all families feel valued and encouraged to participate.

Requirements
- Previous experience in family engagement, community engagement, education, communications, or a related field .
- Degree in Education, Communications, Community Engagement, or a related discipline .
- Experience organising events, programmes, or community initiatives is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a school environment.
- Commitment to promoting an inclusive, supportive, and positive experience for all families.
What we offer:
- Competitive salary
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. , with a one-hour lunch break
- Meals included
- Holidays: 36 days
