We’re looking for an experienced Change Manager to support the international rollout of Coupa P2P for a leading global insurance group.Permanent contract or Freelance- Lead Change Management activities across multiple countries.- Develop and coordinate change, communication & training plans.- Drive business readiness, stakeholder engagement and resistance management.- Coordinate deliverables, actions and timelines across general and local teams.- Proven experience in Change Management & international transformation projects.- Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.- Hands-on experience with training, communication and change adoption.Experience with Coupa, SAP or PeopleSoft is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
