In this role you drive top-line revenue by acquiring new customers and expanding within existing accounts in Spain & Portugal. You will align Zendesk solutions with client goals, lead multi-month, value-driven sales cycles, and foster executive sponsorship to secure strategic partnerships. You’ll leverage data and cross-functional collaboration to optimize retention and expansion, contributing to Zendesk’s mission of humane, human-centered customer service.

Responsabilidades
- Acquire new customers and penetrate top accounts in Spain & Portugal to grow revenue
- Cross-sell additional Zendesk products to existing clients to maximize account value
- Nurture key relationships for satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships
- Use data, intents,
and adoption history to improve prospecting and retention strategies
- Create quarterly territory plans to increase market share
- Demonstrate Zendesk product fit with client objectives to drive expansion
- Lead complex, value-centric sales cycles with proofs of concept
- Maintain a robust pipeline and accurate forecast to exceed targets
- Build C-level sponsorship and engage decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies and execution
- Close complex deals with a consultative approach and compelling business cases
- Stay current on Zendesk solutions, competition, and industry trends
Requisitos principales
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years in cloud/software B2B or AI sales or solution engineering with a proven target track record
- Consistent history of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Experience navigating multi-month, value-focused sales xqbhyrx cycles with proofs of concept
