Overview In this role you will design, build, and operate an enterprise conversational analytics agent for governed clinical operations data. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement agent orchestration, semantic integrations, evaluation frameworks, and observability while enforcing traceability, security, and responsible AI. Requisitos principales Strong production experience developing applications in Python

Advanced SQL expertise with analytical queries, window functions, and performance optimization

Hands-on prompt engineering and LLM agent architectures such as ReAct or plan-and-execute

Experience with Snowflake, data modelling, and conversational analytics or text-to-SQL solutions

Experience orchestrating AI agents using LangGraph or comparable frameworks

Experience with AI evaluation, observability, and CI/CD practices for production-grade AI systems collaboration with cross-functional teams autonomy and accountability mentoring others
