Overview

As Senior AI/ML Platform Engineer and Technical Lead, you will steer the AI/ML platform that powers intelligent capabilities across the organization. You'll lead a team of engineers, setting objectives and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery. You will synchronize platform sub-functions with enterprise standards, collaborating with Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Governance teams to maintain governance.

Your work shapes scalable, well-governed engineering that advances the company's mission in science and technology. You'll tackle complex operational challenges and drive real impact across products and platforms.

Responsabilidades Lead a team of professional engineers and set objectives

Prioritize inputs from diverse internal and external sources to solve platform challenges

Act as technical liaison across Cloud, Cybersecurity, Governance, and adjacent teams





Define team responsibilities, engineering standards, and platform governance practices

Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of the teams outputs

Influence enterprise-standard alignment and best practices across related teams

Requisitos principales 8 or more years in software or platform engineering

>=2 years in production LLM operations (LLMOps)

Hands-on with LLM/API gateway tech (LiteLLM or comparable)

Experience with multi-provider cloud AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock)

Cloud-native experience on AWS/Azure (containers, secrets, databases, networking, load balancing)

Production-grade Python backend development; Rust a plus

Infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD tooling (Docker, Azure DevOps, Terraform/CloudFormation)
