We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer with extensive experience in software testing and a strong understanding of QA methodologies. The adecuado candidate should be detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about delivering high-quality software. This role will require hands-on testing experience, the ability to collaborate with developers and stakeholders, and a mindset for continuous improvement in QA processes.Key Responsibilities- Execute the full software testing lifecycle, ensuring high-quality product delivery .- Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases for web applications .- Perform a variety of testing types, including:- Performance Testing- Web Testing- Mobile Testing- Accessibility Testing- Exploratory Testing- API Testing- Security Testing- Regression Testing .- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, and stakeholders) to identify and resolve software issues .- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) .- Mentor and train junior QA team members to ensure consistent testing practices and knowledge sharing .- Maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, bug reports,



and QA process improvements .- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for software testing .Required Skills & Experience- 5+ years of experience in manual software testing, including test execution, defect tracking, and reporting .- Strong expertise with Jira, Postman, Confluence, Selenium, Git .- Deep understanding of testing methodologies such as:- Integration Testing- System Testing- Regression Testing- Performance Testing- Security Testing- Exploratory Testing .- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues .- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect inconsistencies and errors .- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain defects and testing results to non-technical stakeholders .Preferred Qualifications- ISTQB Foundation Level Certification .- Experience working with Postman .- Experience with BrowserStack for cross-browser and mobile testing .- Ability to lead and mentor junior testers and establish best QA practices .
