your challenge as a Pay Analyst? You will follow the customer
experience in all aspects of payments to enable the correct
operation of the service. You will be responsible for communicating
with customers on all aspects of our payment methods: sending
emails, messages, etc., in a friendly, dedicated and timely manner.
You will help set up and track payment processes. You will
participate in fraud detection and prevention initiatives. You will
be following up with customers regarding their unpaid accounts. You
will analyse customer accounts in detail. You will use and manage
payment platforms. What will make you succeed as a Pay Analyst in
Lookiero_?_ You have a good level of Spanish and English. A good
level of French would be a huge plus You have good writing skills.
