Overview

As a Senior Auditor at Zurich Group Audit, you help deliver high-quality audits in a fast-moving, international setting. You'll leverage data analytics, IT controls, and GenAI to extract insights and shape reporting for stakeholders across Europe. You'll work with cross-functional teams to understand risks and develop innovative audit approaches in a digital, AI-enabled function.

Leverage Data Analytics and GenAI throughout the audit process

Assess IT fundamentals and controls during audits

Draft insightful audit issue summaries and reports

Build constructive stakeholder relationships during audits





Foster a learning culture and actively develop business, technical and soft skills

Collaborate across audit teams to achieve optimal outcomes

Uphold ethics and integrity in line with standards and policies

Requisitos principales Bachelor or Master in P&C; Insurance or related qualification

Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience (Internal Audit, Risk Management or Compliance)

Experience in Insurance or Financial Services, ideally in audit

Strong understanding of audit methodology, internal control frameworks, and ITGC

Experience with Data Analytics, ITGC and GenAI

Good project management skills and ability to deliver under pressure

Fluent in English (verbal and written)

Experience in international, complex organizations collaboration curiosity and learning mindset stakeholder management
