Desplegarem la nostra app a 10 milions de TVs a USA com a galeria d’art i screensaver natiu, i busquem developers amb experiència i motivats que es vulguin sumar a l’equip i afrontar aquest repte. (com a context, Movistar+ només té 3,5 milions de pantalles).

RESPONSABILITATS PRINCIPALS

- Desenvolupament de la nova integració amb la plataforma nº 1 de pantalles al mercat, pel marketplace professional (nova partnership a publicar en els pròxims mesos)
- Discutir i proposar solucions tècniques amb l’equip
- Revisió del codi i funcionalitats del desenvolupament, tant propi com de companys

REQUISITS TÈCNICS

- Coneixement de Java 17/21/25, Spring Framework (Boot, Security, Batch, Cloud)
- Expertesa en bones pràctiques de desenvolupament (SOLID, Clean Code), Arquitectura Hexagonal i DDD (imprescindible).
- Experiència amb testing automatitzat: unitari, integració. Valorem experiència amb TDD i eines com JUnit, Mockito, Testcontainers o WireMock.
- Experiència amb arquitectura de microserveis, sistemes distribuïts i comunicació entre serveis.
- Familiaritat amb tecnologies de bases de dades SQL i NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)
- Experiència amb arquitectures event-driven i sistemes de missatgeria com Kafka (Outbox, Saga, CQRS o Event Sourcing)
- Experiència treballant amb metodologies àgils (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

NICE TO HAVE

- Coneixement de pipelines CI/CD (Github Actions), Docker, Kubernetes i plataformes cloud (AWS).
- Experiència amb patrons de sistemes distribuïts com Transactional Outbox, Saga, CQRS o Event Sourcing.
- Experiència amb observabilitat de sistemes distribuïts: mètriques, logs i tracing (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch o similars).
- Valorable experiència amb Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) i Helm

ALTRES REQUISITS

- Nivell alt d'anglès (parlat, escrit i llegit).
- Nivell mínim exigit de català parlat i escrit
- Ownership del servei de punta a punta: disseny, desenvolupament, desplegament, observabilitat i resolució d'incidències en producció.
- Bones relacions interpersonals, capacitat de treball en equip i perspectiva crítica
- Amb ganes i motivació per aprendre, créixer professional i personalment, i compartir els seus coneixements amb l'equip.

Senior Backend Engineer - Java

We are deploying our app to 10 million TVs in the USA as a native art gallery and screensaver, and we are looking for experienced and motivated developers to join our team and take on this challenge. (For context, Movistar+ has only 3.5 million screens.)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Development of the new integration with the nº 1 screen platform in the market, for the professional marketplace (new partnership to be announced in the coming months)
- Discuss and propose technical solutions with the team
- Code and feature review, both your own and your teammates'

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

- Knowledge of Java 17/21/25, Spring Framework (Boot, Security, Batch, Cloud)
- Expertise in development best practices (SOLID,



Clean Code), Hexagonal Architecture and DDD (mandatory)
- Experience with automated testing: unit, integration. We value experience with TDD and tools such as JUnit, Mockito, Testcontainers or WireMock
