Overview In this role you lead MedTech Complaints implementations for Veeva's customers, guiding transformation of complaints management processes and configuring Vault for enterprise use. You will partner with customers and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions that drive quality and regulatory compliance. The position supports a fast-moving, customer-centric Professional Services group and offers remote work within the EU/UK.
You'll play a key part in expanding adoption of Veeva Vault while advancing continuous improvement post-implementation.

Responsabilidades Lead QMS Complaints implementation workstreams for MedTech Quality Management solutions
Act as primary liaison between implementation teams, customer stakeholders, and third parties
Analyze requirements and product features to develop adoption and enhancement roadmaps
Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices in post-implementation programs
Requisitos principales 5+ years in Complaints Management for Medical Device
Strong understanding of FDA, EU MDR/IVDR requirements and Reporting
Knowledge of CAPA, Nonconformance and Risk Management relationships
Familiarity with ISO 13485 and 14971, FDA 21CFR parts 803, 820, 822, 806, EU GMP Annex 11
Proven ability to work independently and in teams in fast-moving environments
Good understanding of SaaS and GxP principles
Ability to translate business requirements into creative solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in Life Sciences Quality, Manufacturing, or Healthcare spaces
Experience with Data or Content Management applications excellent communication team collaboration ability to work independently in dynamic environments
