Overview In this role you will build and scale data pipelines and analytics capabilities to support data-driven decision making. As part of a cross‐functional Agile analytics team, you will deliver data products and ML-enabled solutions that reveal insights from connected data. You will mentor peers, promote scalable data practices, and evaluate new tools to boost the team's productivity. This position combines engineering rigor with a focus on business impact in a general agribusiness context.

Responsabilidades Solve complex data problems to deliver actionable insights for business goals

Create data products to boost analytics and data science productivity

Mentor and coach data/analytic professionals on standards and practices

Promote reuse, scalable design, and operational efficiency of data solutions

Lead evaluation and deployment of new analytic data engineering tools and processes

Develop education plans on analytic data engineering capabilities, standards, and processes

Partner with analysts and solutions architects to shape technical architectures for enterprise projects





Learn about machine learning and data science concepts and workflows

Ensure timely analysis and testing for ongoing solution maintenance

Requisitos principales Post graduate degree in STEM field with 3-5 years of Sr/Lead Data Engineer experience

Expertise in SQL and data analysis; proficient in Python or Scala

Experience with data lakes or lakehouses

Experience building solutions on cloud services with streaming and CDC pipelines

Strong Datalake/DW development using Cloud MPP engines (BigQuery preferred) and various relational, NoSQL, and cloud databases

Conceptual knowledge of data analytics (dimensional modeling, ETL, data governance, warehousing)

Experience with Google Cloud Platform data tools (BigQuery, DataStream, DataProc, DataPlex, DataForm)

Familiarity with Linux

Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Agile experience and willingness to adapt to project evolution
