Overview In this role, you will shape and scale our design system across Real Estate products, enabling consistent, high-quality experiences for multiple tribes. You'll work in a small pod while contributing to a broader system used by design and engineering teams. You'll balance coherence with local needs and embrace AI-assisted workflows to speed up delivery. This is a chance to influence how products are built and experienced across OLX brands, at scale.

Responsabilidades

Design and evolve reusable components, patterns and foundations within the design system to improve consistency across tribes

Define component behavior, states and variants and collaborate with engineers to ship them

Improve the contribution model so designers outside the core pod can propose and ship components without breaking coherence

Support design work from problem framing through documentation and handover using team feedback

Create clear documentation and specifications for variants and edge cases

Collaborate with engineers on token strategy and the link between Figma and production code

Resolve conflicts between a tribes local needs and system coherence

Work with product design teams to embed stronger systems thinking across products

AI-enabled Design Systems: leverage AI tooling in research, prototyping and component definition





Contribute to structuring the system for AI-assisted workflows, including tokens and reusable patterns

Know when to override AI output with design judgment and explain why

Requisitos principales Proven experience designing and maintaining a design system at scale

Experience running or contributing to a contribution model

Strong technical fluency to translate design decisions into code and work with engineers as a peer

Sharp judgment on trade-offs between consistency and exceptions

Strong communication skills to justify decisions and onboard other designers

Comfort with AI-assisted tools and applying them to improve speed, quality and consistency

Portfolio demonstrating product and systems thinking with shipped impact

Experience with Figma including component libraries, variables and tokens

Experience collaborating with engineers to deliver scalable outcomes

Interest or experience in AI-assisted design or development workflows

Strong communicator and stakeholder management

Collaborative mindset and ability to bring others along

Curiosity about systems thinking and AI-enabled workflows
