Overview In this role you will lead and shape HR strategy to attract, develop and retain talent in Edwards Lifesciences' Spain operations. You will partner with site leadership and executive teams to align HR initiatives with business goals, manage a cross-functional HR team, and drive transformation across talent, succession planning, and organizational capability. You will work with COEs and Shared Services to design programs, analyze trends, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering measurable impact for patients and colleagues.

Responsabilidades
Lead a team of HR professionals to implement the HR strategy within budgets and in compliance with regulations
Act as a strategic HR partner with site/BU/region leadership or Executive Leadership Team to develop and execute HR strategy
Plan and manage HR projects and activities with accountability for deliverables
Develop robust talent development and succession plans aligned with growth strategies
Lead or partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver HR programs for client groups
Evaluate and adapt HR programs to meet future workforce needs in collaboration with COEs or Shared Services
Provide consulting to leadership on talent strategies to build organizational capabilities and engagement
Analyze trends and metrics to identify training or executive coaching needs and develop solutions with COEs/Shared Services
Participate in talent interviews/selection and perform compensation analysis to support competitive offers
Monitor and evaluate training and coaching programs for effectiveness
May lead HR aspects of mergers, acquisitions, or major HR initiatives
Adhere to company rules, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements

Requisitos principales Bachelors Degree in related field and HR experience
Demonstrated track record in people management
Fluent in Spanish and English
Experience in a manufacturing environment with a general organization
Facilitation and presentation skills
