Experteer Overview As an SAP SuccessFactors EC consultant, you will drive HR digital transformation projects for clients across regions. You’ll analyze HR processes, propose SAP-aligned solutions, and configure Employee Central to meet client needs. You collaborate with functional and technical teams through all project phases, from requirements to production and ongoing support. You will stay current with SAP SuccessFactors releases and contribute to integration efforts and documentation. This role offers hands-on impact in optimizing people management and shaping implementation quality.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Participate in EC implementation, evolution and support projects
- Analyze HR business processes to propose SAP-aligned solutions
- Configure and parameterize Employee Central per client requirements




- Manage organizational structures, employee master data, positions, and Foundation Objects
- Configure Business Rules, Workflows, Event Reasons and Metadata Framework (MDF)
- Manage permissions and security using Role-Based Permissions (RBP)
- Collaborate on integrations with other SAP modules and third-party applications
- Contribute to functional specifications, project documentation, and testing (functional tests, UAT)
- Provide production support and evolutionary/corrective maintenance
