Overview

As a Senior Finance Business Analyst in our Barcelona-based Controllership, you translate data into strategic decisions. You'll reconcile revenue, COGS and supplier data against NetSuite, support month-end closes, and drive process improvements in a fast-growing tech environment. You'll collaborate with Product and Strategic Finance to resolve discrepancies and ensure clean financials. This role offers high impact by tightening financial controls and enabling scalable decision-making.

Responsabilidades Perform monthly reconciliations between back-end systems and NetSuite to ensure revenue and COGS accuracy

Investigate discrepancies and coordinate with Product and Strategic Finance to resolve





Ensure suppliers are reconciled in NetSuite and aging reports are accurate

Calculate and review commissions from assigned verticals and dispute differences

Support balance sheet and P&L; reconciliations during month-end close

Participate in accounting process improvement and optimization projects

Requisitos principales Extensive experience in Financial Business Analytics

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite a plus

Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills

Proactive, hands-on attitude with ability to work independently

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to adapt in fast-paced startup or scale-up environment
