Overview

You join a specialized team delivering critical defense and aerospace systems where reliability is non-negotiable. You drive the Verification and Validation (V&V;) and Quality Assurance strategy, influencing decisions from early stages and ensuring traceability and compliance across the lifecycle. You lead V&V; activities, shaping test environments and validating campaigns, with direct impact on product acceptance.

This role combines technical leadership with cross-functional collaboration to elevate safety and quality in high-stakes projects. You'll engage with clients, development and systems teams to deliver robust, certified solutions that meet rigorous standards.

Responsabilidades Define and execute software and system-level tests





Lead or coordinate technical teams

Develop V&V; documentation (plans, procedures, reports)

Define HW/SW test environments

Oversee validation campaigns

Collaborate with development, systems and client to influence product acceptance

Requisitos principales 5+ years of V&V; experience on critical systems

Experience in aerospace or similar demanding environments

Strong lifecycle understanding from requirements to final validation

Experience leading or coordinating technical teams

Proficiency in Python and C/C++

Familiarity with V&V; tools (DOORS, Jira, Jenkins, Pytest)

Ability to define and execute tests at software and system level leadership cross-functional collaboration effective communication
