About us
We are Dragons, a global creative agency working with bold brands to build cultural relevance, connection, and long-term impact through strategy-led creativity.
We bridge digital and creative thinking, developing innovative work across skincare, healthcare, fashion, lifestyle, FMCG, and more. Our international teams in the US and Barcelona deliver results through smart strategy, sharp creativity, and meticulous execution.
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Integrated Producer to lead our Production Management team and oversee the end-to-end production of Dragons' work.
This is a hands-on senior role combining creative production, team leadership, client management and commercial ownership. You will help turn ambitious creative ideas into high-quality productions while balancing creative ambition, budget, timelines and feasibility.
Our production mix is currently approximately 65% digital video and photography, 25% event coverage and 10% 360 campaigns, with a strong focus on beauty, wellness, lifestyle and food.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end production of video, photography, digital content, events and integrated campaigns.
- Lead and develop the Production Management team, setting standards, workflows and priorities.
- Translate creative briefs into strong, achievable production approaches.
- Identify the right directors, photographers, DOPs, stylists, production companies and other creative talent for each brief.
- Build and maintain a strong network of creative and production talent, particularly in Barcelona and key international markets.
- Own production budgets, estimates and margins, finding ways to maximize production value within the approved budget.
- Work directly with clients on production approaches, talent, treatments, budgets and pitches.
- Collaborate closely with Creative and Account to ensure the creative vision is successfully translated into production.
- Identify opportunities to elevate the work while balancing quality, cost, timing and feasibility.
- Drive consistent and efficient production processes as the department scales.
- Ensure production workflows are managed effectively across Wrike and Realm.
- Manage multiple productions and sets simultaneously when required.
Key Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience in advertising, creative agencies, branded content, audiovisual or photography production.
- Proven track record delivering high-quality video, photography and digital productions end-to-end.
- Strong, current network of directors, photographers, DOPs, stylists and production partners in Barcelona.
- Experience leading production teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong experience with production budgets, estimates and commercial negotiations.
- Confident working directly with clients and creative teams, including pitches and presentations.
- Strong creative judgement, visual eye and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Highly organized, collaborative and comfortable in a fast-paced international environment.
- Nice to Have
- Experience in beauty, wellness, lifestyle or food.
- International production experience.
- Experience with Wrike, Realm or similar production/project management platforms.
- A strong network across European and US production markets.
About the person
You are a senior producer who can see both the creative and commercial picture.
You know how to find the right talent for a brief, build a production that delivers against the creative ambition, and make the numbers work. You are confident enough to challenge ideas when needed, but resourceful enough to find a solution rather than simply say no.
You enjoy working with creative teams, clients and production partners, and are equally comfortable leading a team and getting into the detail when required.
Most importantly, you are proactive, connected, commercially minded and passionate about making great work happen.
