As Senior Manager Technical Accounting, you will lead IFRS technical analysis of complex transactions and develop accounting position papers. You will support the implementation of new IFRS standards and provide guidance to finance teams to ensure consistent IFRS application. You will train stakeholders and collaborate with Legal, Tax, Controlling, and Business Units to understand transaction implications. Responsabilidades

- Perform IFRS technical analysis of transactions and prepare accounting assessments with documentation
- Support the implementation of new accounting standards and assess upcoming IFRS pronouncements
- Provide IFRS guidance to the FSSC for consistent application across Grifols
- Act as a subject matter expert to explain accounting implications to stakeholders




- Deliver training on IFRS developments and accounting policies to finance teams and other departments
- Collaborate with Legal, Tax, Controlling, and Business Units to understand transaction nature and accounting impact
- Assist in preparing responses to external auditors on technical accounting matters
- Ensure alignment with IFRS reporting requirements and Grifols accounting policies

Requisitos principales

- 7-10 years of experience in Big4, ideally with technical accounting exposure
- Deep IFRS expertise with proven ability to assess complex transactions and draft accounting position papers
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with ability to communicate clearly to finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Proactive, analytical, intellectually curious, and strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed global organization; attention to detail; multi-priority management
