- We’re looking for a highly technical, data-driven Marketing Operations Lead to own and scale our marketing operations function across the business
- This role sits at the center of Marketing, Sales and RevOps, ensuring our systems, processes and data work seamlessly together to power demand generation, customer lifecycle marketing, reporting and revenue growth
- You’ll own our marketing technology ecosystem, optimize our lead management infrastructure, build scalable automations, maintain CRM health, and provide the reporting and insights that enable the marketing team to make better decisions
- This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, building efficient systems, and turning manual processes into automated workflows

- Own the marketing operations ecosystem: Manage and continuously optimize our core martech stack, including HubSpot, Zoho CRM,



Zapier and other marketing and analytics tools, ensuring systems are scalable, connected and fit for purpose
- Build and optimize automation: Design and manage workflows, lead routing, scoring, lifecycle processes and other automations that improve campaign execution, lead management and operational efficiency
- Own CRM & data quality: Ensure the accuracy, consistency and health of our marketing database through segmentation, deduplication, enrichment, data governance and ongoing CRM optimization
- Enable campaigns & lifecycle marketing: Support the marketing team with the operational setup and QA of emails, forms, landing pages, lists, workflows and nurturing programs, ensuring campaigns are properly tracked and optimized
- Drive reporting & analytics: Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into funnel performance, campaign effectiveness, attribution, pipeline generation and key marketing KPIs
