Who you are
- 1+ year of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, ideally in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and active listening skills, with a consultative approach
- Native proficiency in French and excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Results-driven, motivated by goals, and eager to exceed expectations
- Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus
- Hospitality expert and competition knowledge
What the job involves
- The Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a key role in converting inbound leads into qualified opportunities
- The SDR will engage prospects who have shown interest in Amenitiz, identifying their needs, educating them on the product, and ensuring a smooth transition to the sales team
- This role requires strong communication skills, a consultative approach, and the ability to manage a high volume of inbound inquiries efficiently
- Qualify inbound leads by engaging with potential customers via calls, emails,
and chat to assess fit
- Educate prospects on the value of the product and generate interest in a demo
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth lead handover and improve conversion rates
- Maintain high-quality data in the CRM (HubSpot) for accurate forecasting
- Prioritize inbound inquiries to maximize engagement and conversion
- Collaborate with marketing for feedback on lead quality and improvements
- Track key metrics to improve response times, conversion rates, and efficiency
