Overview In this role you will own payroll processing and ensure accurate, compliant execution for a global workforce. You will mentor junior team members and drive process improvements across payroll operations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement new payroll processes and systems, shaping how Deel scales payroll globally. Responsabilidades Oversee payroll data processing for employees
Maintain accurate employee records
Verify and reconcile employee data (salaries, hours, deductions)
Assist with payroll tax calculations and filings
Provide support to employees on payroll questions
Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations
Lead the implementation of new payroll processes and systems
Requisitos principales 3+ years of experience in payroll or a related field
Fluency in French or German
Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field
Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations in Luxembourg
