Responsabilidades Deeply analyse customer and business problems to identify pain points

Create impactful, elegant solutions quickly

Think strategically about product scope from high level to connect gaps

Present design work and articulate design decisions

Update acceptance criteria and define logic for your work

Own end-to-end design process from ideation to final test build and release





Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers and Developers

Work across employee, employer, and admin dashboards to solve cross-platform problems

Build and update components in the Design system

Contribute to redefining how people work globally

Requisitos principales Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies

Experience designing AI-assisted or AI-powered product experiences

Portfolio with AI-powered features or AI tools in design workflows

Passion for design and ability to learn fast

Experience in fast-paced environments

At least 5 years of end-to-end product design for web and app

Strong B2B experience

Strong UX and UI knowledge

Experience in design systems

Comfort working embedded in a development team and involved in end-to-end development process
