Overview In this Founding Engineer role, you will help launch a new Factorial spinoff focused on AI-first IT management workflows, onboarding, permissions, and equipment management. You'll own high-impact initiatives from day zero, shaping architecture and delivering usable AI-powered features. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to move fast, learn from real customers, and build a product that scales with a growing user base.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end engineering role in a small, ambitious startup inside Factorial.

Requisitos principales 4+ years in software engineering

Experience shipping AI-powered features

Strong Ruby on Rails backend and React frontend skills

Ability to reason about LLM architecture tradeoffs and probabilistic systems

Comfort reviewing and discussing code with colleagues of varying levels

Ability to explain complex technical decisions in clear English

Experience integrating AI models into scalable environments
