Overview In this role you will define the vision and roadmap for self-service cloud growth, focusing on onboarding and trial experiences. You will partner with engineering to set priorities and delivery timelines, and work with solution teams to align onboarding flows. You will drive decisions on onboarding, activation, expansion and retention for self-service customers while gathering feedback from trial users.
You will collaborate with Sales & Marketing on positioning and brand awareness, and enable native integrations with third-party platforms.

Drive technical decisions around onboarding, activation, expansion and retention for self-service customers
Interface with customers and trial users to collect feedback on trial experience
Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on competitive positioning and brand awareness
Lead native integrations with third-party developers platforms
Requisitos principales 4+ years of Product Management experience with deep technical products
Strong background in Product Led Growth
Experience with self-service cloud services and self-service trials
Data-driven approach to product decisions, analytics and adoption
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
