About This RoleWe are currently seeking a Senior PHP Back-end engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our team. This role will have a strong presence within the team, acting as a technical reference in day-to-day operations, and will have a significant impact on the development process. The candidate should possess a diverse set of skills, ranging from proficiency in PHP, either plain or through frameworks, to hands-on experience with non-relational databases (especially MongoDB), object-oriented programming (OOP), Git version control, and solid experience working within cloud environments, particularly AWS. Knowledge of security principles and best practices will be highly valued.YOUR MISSION- Collaborate with both the project-dedicated team and the broader technology team- Support and guide other team members in achieving their goals throughout the project- Maintain and optimize the technological stack, ensuring high standards of performance, security, and reliability,



in collaboration with a systems engineer- Apply object-oriented programming principles to improve code quality and maintainability- Work across multiple applications and microservices within the platform- Participate in the implementation and maintenance of authentication and authorization mechanisms used across the system- Utilize Git and Notion to collaborate effectively within a team environmentWhat You Will Bring Along To Be Successful- 5+ years of experience as a PHP Developer- Strong proficiency in PHP, both native and using frameworks- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (especially MongoDB)- Solid understanding and application of object-oriented programming (OOP)- Proficiency with Git-based workflows- Familiarity with cloud computing, especially on the AWS platform- Experience with authentication and authorization systems in distributed applications- Experience with AWS Cognito or similar identity providers will be highly valued- Familiarity with secure development practices- Knowledge of server management and system architecture- Proactive mindset, able to find solutions independently and work autonomously- Organized, pragmatic, and open-minded when approaching technical challengesHighly Valued- Experience working under ISO-aligned environments (e.G.
