Overview In this role you will support a Gibraltar-based development company by handling technical office operations, tendering, and health and safety. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cost-efficient tenders, manage documentation, and ensure site safety compliance. The position offers long-term progression and a chance to influence projects from planning through to execution in a dynamic environment.

Cost control administration and reporting, certifications, measurements, and Bills of Quantities (BoQs)

Technical reports, drawings, and document control





Control project planning (MS Project and Oracle Primavera P6)

Health & Safety tasks (RA/RAMS, inductions, audits)

Be the principal contact for utilities and liaison for local authorities

Requisitos principales Degree in Civil / Construction Engineering or similar

5+ years' experience in a technical office with tendering experience

Proven site Health and Safety experience

AutoCAD and document management systems

High level of technical English

Gibraltar experience highly advantageous
