Overview In this role you lead autonomous delivery of water supply, treatment, and wastewater projects at scale across EMEA, spanning from concept to handover. You oversee civil, mechanical, process, controls, and environmental work, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. You will integrate water infrastructure with electrical and mechanical systems in a data-center–oriented environment.

You drive project scope, schedule, and budget while partnering with GCs, vendors, and cross-functional teams to achieve high-performance, sustainable outcomes.

Responsabilidades

Oversee construction activities for water infrastructure projects in EMEA

Manage project scope, timeline, and budget, including travel up to 40%

Interface with general contractors through bidding, award, execution, and closeout

Collaborate with GCs and vendors to ensure high-quality project turnover

Lead bid evaluations and contract negotiations; create scope and RFPs

Handle capital requests and financial analysis, including changes and invoicing

Review construction submittals and assure quality control during commissioning





Track and report construction metrics to stakeholders

Drive troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for equipment or electrical failures

Act as a leader within the group and across internal/external teams supporting data centers

Visit data center sites for engineering evaluations, audits, testing, and commissioning as required

Requisitos principales Bachelor in Construction Management or equivalent engineering discipline

7+ years in construction management of large, complex projects with MEP components

Understanding of mechanical and civil engineering principles for water systems

Experience with general contractor and vendor management (RFIs, bidding, change orders)

Strong communication with team members, senior management, and stakeholders

Leadership and cross-functional collaboration

Problem-solving and proactive issue resolution
