Overview

Join SiteMinders international sales team to help hotel owners and managers adopt its leading open hotel commerce platform. You will leverage hospitality experience to become a trusted advisor, driving revenue impact and profitability for clients while growing new business and upselling. You'll work across the full sales cycle with support from coaches and managers in a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.

This role offers onboarding, coaching, and uncapped earning potential in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Responsabilidades Create new opportunities and upsell current customers across the full sales cycle (outreach, demos, closing)

Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales KPIs and targets

Prepare quotes, present proposals, and negotiate contracts

Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM system





Provide client feedback to Product Team to influence product direction

Collaborate with local industry groups and travel associations to promote SiteMinder

Attend key functions and events, with occasional travel to client sites

Requisitos principales Current or recent experience in the hotel industry (revenue management, sales or hotel commercial roles strongly preferred)

Strong understanding of hotel business models, operational workflows and commercial challenges

Fluent in German (min. C2)

Professional proficiency in English

Confident phone presence and ability to lead meetings with prospects

Excellent communication skills with customers, in writing and verbally

Self-motivation and resilience to perform daily

Growth mindset with openness to feedback and coaching strong communication listening skills resilience

CRM usage and maintenance full sales cycle management proposal development and presentation
