Join ALDIA as a Senior SAP Basis Administrator in a strategic S/4HANA transformation engagement. You will drive operational excellence and technical leadership in a complex, multinational SAP environment while collaborating with a high-performing team across infrastructure, development, and functional domains.

This role demands autonomous problem-solving, proactive risk management, and unwavering commitment to quality, core to ALDIA's DNA.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Administer, monitor, and maintain SAP environments for development, testing, and production.
- Prepare and validate configurations, transports, and deployments using checklists and evidence before production release.
- Analyze incidents related to performance, capacity, connectivity, integration, and process execution; identify root cause and propose actions.
- Open, document, track, and close cases with SAP Support and external vendors.
- Participate in SAP S/4HANA migrations and evolution of components from on-premise or public cloud to SAP cloud services.
- Coordinate with functional teams, infrastructure, databases, development, security, and change management.
- Maintain runbooks, environment mapping, technical documentation, and traceability in Jira.
- Prioritize critical incidents and proactively communicate impact, plan, blockers, and next steps.
- Transfer knowledge and act as the technical reference for the service.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

- Solid and demonstrable experience in SAP Basis administration in complex production environments; ideally 5+ years.
- Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA and migration, upgrade,



or platform transformation projects.
- Mastery of transports, change management, troubleshooting, monitoring, performance, and capacity.
- Ability to diagnose issues across SAP, operating system, database, network, and integrations.
- Experience managing critical tickets and cases with SAP Support, tracking to closure.
- Solid knowledge of Linux and SAP infrastructure architecture.
- Real autonomy: formulate hypotheses, execute tests, document results, and escalate with context.
- Fluent Spanish and sufficient technical English for documentation, support cases, and meetings.

VALUABLE SKILLS

- SAP Cloud Integration/CPI, BTP, or cloud integrations.
- Experience with on-premise to cloud migrations and SAP-managed models.
- Financial or electronic invoicing integrations in multinational environments.
- Automation, scripting, observabilidad, and responsible use of AI assistants for technical support.
- Experience in 24x7 operation sectors, multiple entities, countries, or business units.
