we can shape the future.Job DescriptionMaintenanceCoordinate and supervise internal and external technicians with the maintenance activities on site.Support the planner in the preparation of the maintenance activitiesGive pro-actively support in case of difficult activities and/or problemsFollow up maintenance activities and adjust where necessaryCoordinate 3th party services according to Sibelco technical and safety standardsCreate correct maintenance work orders according to Sibelco rules and standardsFollow up and execute maintenance plan for preventive and corrective maintenance tasksPerform gatekeeping on maintenance notifications and manage them with the correct priorityReview maintenance jobs and close the work orders with correct aftercareContinuously communicate with production operators, supervisors and engineers to ensure maintenance activities are performed according to planningCoordinate and support emergency regimeOperational ExcellenceActively participate in the daily performance dialogue and problem solving events.
