Overview

In this role you drive the lifecycle of Image Sensor products from ramp to production, ensuring cost, quality and delivery targets align with customer expectations. You work across Production, New Product Engineering and cross-functional teams to transfer products into production and sustain high-quality, timely offerings. You’ll shape product specifications, support manufacturing and continuously improve yield and performance. This is an international, collaborative role at Teledyne e2v Machine Vision System in Sevilla, with a clear impact on the Digital Imaging segment.

Responsabilidades

- Manage data from wafer sort and final test, including storage, post-processing and communication to suppliers
- Oversee test mean management, including maintenance of test equipment, validation of results and capability studies
- Maintain test platforms and ensure End-of-Life (EoL) management of components
- Define and monitor test strategy, alignment with delivery specs and binning, version control, and post-processing minimization
- Support production and respond to issues flagged by production teams
- Provide technical support to assembly houses, customers, subcontractors and foundries
- Assist in equipment definition, installation and validation for new equipment




- Contribute to product transfer from ramp-up to production and ensure alignment with quality and reliability goals
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance yield and reduce test time
- Engage with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Purchasing, Business, Design) to ensure successful product introductions and ongoing lifecycle management

Requisitos principales

- Industrial or Telecommunication Engineer degree (or equivalent)
- Specialization in Electronics, Robotics or Automation
- Technical experience in microelectronics
- Knowledge in Matlab
- Semiconductor manufacturing, wafer classifications and testing, image processing
- Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP
- Spanish (C1) and English (B2) required
- Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a highly demanding environment
- Experience with test development (wafer sort) and production test would be appreciated
