Overview We're looking for a Mid-Senior Social Media Manager to lead social strategy and execution across SportyBet, Football.com and SportyTV, with a strong focus on sports betting content, growth loops, and performance-driven social media. You'll be responsible for making our social presence feel fast, local, relevant and high-impact, while ensuring content drives both community growth and business outcomes. This is a hands-on role with real ownership: you'll collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Brand, Design, Content, BI and Country teams, combining creativity with sharp performance thinking.

Build and execute social strategies for SportyBet, Football.com and SportyTV, aligned with general brand guidelines and priorities Own the social calendar around major football moments (EPL, UCL, LaLiga, AFCON, World Cup qualifiers, etc.) Translate football and betting narratives into daily content that wins attention and drives conversation Content & Community Growth: Create and publish content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, Telegram, etc.) Execute real-time/reactive content around match days, breaking news, controversies, memes and trends Betting-Led Storytelling: Lead the creation of betting-first content: odds moments, accas, value angles, live betting hype, rivalries and fan banter Ensure betting content is engaging, on-brand, compliant, and built to convert (without feeling generic or overly salesy) Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support key product pushes and campaigns com Brand Growth: Support Sports Media storytelling through SportyTV and Football.com formats: highlights-style narratives, football culture content,



commentary-driven moments, and personality-led publishing Help scale repeatable content series with strong retention and community hooks Creators, Partnerships & Local Relevance: Work with influencers, creators, tipsters and sports personalities to drive reach and credibility Support paid + organic campaign activations with marketing teams Spot local relevance opportunities across Spanish-speaking and global football audiences Reporting & Performance: Run testing frameworks to continuously improve formats, hooks, timing and distribution Coordinate with designers, editors, content creators and country teams for speed + quality Support junior teammates when needed with feedback and guidance 3–6+ years experience in social media (ideally within sports betting, gaming, sports media or football content) ~ Strong understanding of sports betting culture and what drives community + conversion ~ Excellent platform instincts across TikTok/IG/X/FB/YouTube Shorts ~ Confident using analytics to improve performance and decision-making ~ Sporty is committed to protecting your personal data and ensuring transparent, compliant handling of all information you provide during the application process.
