As a Senior Software Engineer on the Integrations Team, you will shape how Elastic appears in the AI ecosystem. You will build and evolve the MCP server and its supporting infrastructure in Go, enabling Elastic to connect with third‐party AI tools and ecosystems. You will create portable agent skills, tooling for authoring and publishing, and ensure verifiable correctness through evaluations.
You will collaborate with product teams and external partners to land integrations and enhance the Elastic CLI for developers. This role offers a fast‐moving, cross‐functional environment with a strong emphasis on developer experience and ecosystem thinking.

Responsabilidades Build and evolve the Elastic MCP server and related infrastructure (Go)
Develop platform for universal agent skills including authoring/publishing tooling and linting
Define and enforce correctness via evals for shipped skills/tools
Design and deliver integrations with third‐party AI ecosystems in collaboration with product/partners
Contribute to the Elastic CLI to improve developer efficiency
Develop, maintain, and support libraries, tools, and integrations related to the Elastic Stack in Go, Rust, and other languages
Bring product thinking and strong opinions on what to build and why, informed by the ecosystem
Requisitos principales 8+ years of software engineering experience on backend systems, services or libraries
Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks and understanding of LLMs, agents, MCP
Experience with Go and ideally other languages
Knowledge of client-server networking, RESTful APIs
Ability to read/modify code in unfamiliar languages
Strong software engineering practices
Product thinking and focus on usability and developer experience
