Responsabilidades Provide strategy, structure and leadership to the SE organization within the region
Engage customers with executive presence and maximize satisfaction
Partner with Sales leadership on strategy and strategic opportunities

Requisitos principales Experience managing a team including coaching, performance management and mentoring
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Services)
Expertise with Zero Trust concepts and technologies (Network Security, SASE/SSE, ZTNA, Microsegmentation)
Strong analytical skills to derive actionable solutions and provide thought leadership
