We are now looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner with a background hiring technical customer facing roles for a technology company. As a trusted partner to our Customer organizations, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding both hiring managers and candidates through the full life-cycle recruitment process. You will act as the trusted partner to our hiring leaders and the main point of contact for our candidates throughout the recruitment journey. With our technology embedded in our ATS, you'll have access to real-time data and advanced reporting tools that sharpen your ability to advise, plan, and execute. Partner with our regional hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and job requirements, offering strategic advice and support throughout the recruitment process. Work closely with the HR team and Compensation &





Benefits team and other internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with company goals and processes. Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates for Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, Services, PreSales and Value Engineering roles. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and communication.

Recruitment Process Excellence: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and processes Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment activities, challenges, and successes. Leverage our ATS and Sourcing Tools to ensure excellence and efficiencies are adopted in our working practices End to end recruitment experience from Sourcing to Offer Management Inhouse, agency or RPO recruitment experience hiring for Product , Technology or IT Services businesses. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
