Looking out for a Process Integration Engineer to help drive the development of next-generation Photonic Integrated Circuit (PIC) and heterogeneous integration technologies.

The role will involve process integration, technology development and close engagement with semiconductor foundries and fabrication facilities, translating device and technology requirements into robust, manufacturable process flows.

You’ll be involved in:

- Developing and optimizing PIC and heterogeneous integration process flows
- Working closely with foundries, fabs and external technology partners
- Driving process development, integration and technology transfer
- Supporting fabrication runs, troubleshooting and yield improvement
- Bridging R&D;, device engineering and manufacturing





Requirements:

- MSc/PhD in Photonics, Physics, Engineering, Materials Science or a related field
- Experience in semiconductor processing, PIC fabrication or heterogeneous integration
- Strong understanding of wafer fabrication and cleanroom processes
- Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills
- Experience engaging with foundries or semiconductor fabs is highly desirable
