Manage aerospace and defence aerial vehicle development programmes

Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and subcontractors

Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and risks

Manage customer interfaces and reporting activities

Coordinate technical reviews and programme milestones

Support business development, proposal preparation, and project planning

Coordinate with certification, airworthiness, and regulatory authorities when required

Manage national and international consortium projects

Ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and quality requirements

Requirements Proven experience managing aerospace or defence development programmes

Good understanding of aircraft development lifecycles

Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams

Knowledge of systems engineering processes and project management methodologies

Experience working with customers, authorities, and industrial partners

Experience in international collaborative programmes is highly valued

Knowledge of certification and airworthiness processes is an asset

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Advanced MS Office proficiency

Microsoft Project or equivalent planning tools

Knowledge of Jira, Primavera,



or other project management tools would be an asset
