About the opportunity We are looking for a dynamic Lead (Fixed-Term Contract) to join our AFC Operations Department in Madrid to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and relevant company policies related to Anti-Financial Crime. Our target in AFC is to lead and shape the industry by creating a culture of compliance within N26 that authorities, customers and stakeholders can trust. As AFC Operations Team Lead, you will support all Anti-Financial Crime tasks including AML, terrorism financing, sanctions, KYC, and fraud.

Overseeing daily operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of AFC controls. Fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.

Several years with relevant banking experience in Anti Financial Crime Strong leadership and team management skills Experience on Italian AML/CTF regulation Bachelor's degree (ideally in law, business or finance) preferred, but not essential Knowledge use of Google Workspace In-depth understanding of Anti-Financial Crime regulations and compliance standards You are fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written).
