The specific office days may vary depending on business needs, such as workshops, conferences, town halls, team meetings, and other collaborative events. As an IT Business Analyst in this space, you will support the digital transformation of how scientific evidence is generated, managed, and communicated to the general medical community. Defines and leads analysis efforts across highly ambiguous spaces, navigates complex frameworks, and delegates work while managing the quality of business analysis content.

Spearheads investigation into complex operational issues, defining core problem boundaries and executing thorough root-cause analyses across organizational structures. Delivers substantial business value by aligning technical solutions with enterprise strategy, conducting rigorous option evaluations, risk assessments, and framing long-term product roadmaps.



Operates at the product family tier, navigating ambiguous requirements in fluid settings while using systems thinking to assess global domain implications.

Leverages comprehensive domain mastery to design innovative strategies, fostering engineering excellence and deploying AI tools alongside business partners for rapid prototyping. Acts as a principal Subject Matter Expert bridging technical execution with functional workflows, retaining deep understanding of end-to-end data architectures and downstream system integrations. 5+ years of Business Analysis / Consultancy experience, preferred with at least 3+ years in life sciences/pharma R&D; or Commercial ~ Demonstrated experience in leading initiatives and translating requirements into strategic implementation plans that align with overall business objectives. ~ Proven track record of recommending optimal technology solutions for sustainable business transformation and working on unusually complex problems with highly innovative solutions. ~ Advanced knowledge of Business Analysis/Consultancy concepts and practices ~ Ability to independently apply tools, principles, concepts, and techniques related to requirements, data, usability, and process analysis. ~ Is willing to learn or is already actively using AI for rapid prototyping with business stakeholders ~ Check out our blog!
