Summary

Biosimilar Platform IBP Execution Senior Manager – Integrated Business Planning team. Drive execution of the IBP cycle at platform level by coordinating inputs, supporting forum facilitation, and ensuring timely delivery of aligned outputs.

Responsibilities Coordinate demand, supply and financial inputs across functions

Ensure data readiness and alignment prior to IBP forums

Plan and manage IBP cycle calendar and milestones

Support and co‐facilitate IBP forums (P≺, DR, SR, S&OP;)

Structure issues into clear discussion topics

Track decisions, actions and escalations

Ensure follow‐up and closure of actions

Escalate issues to Platform IBP Lead where needed

Ensure adherence to IBP processes and standards

Required Qualifications 6‐10+ years in supply chain, planning, finance or commercial roles

Experience in commercial planning, demand planning or S&OP; / IBP environments

Proven experience in the biosimilars market, including launch planning

Strong cross‐functional exposure and business understanding

Experience working in complex, multi‐market environments

Strong organizational and coordination skills

Fluent English mandatory
