- Address key courier-related challenges at local, regional, and global levels
- Develop scalable self-service dashboards and monitoring tools for local teams
- Perform deep-dive analyses to identify the drivers of quality gaps and propose actionable solutions
- Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on courier quality performance, risks, and opportunities
- Develop analytical models and frameworks to monitor fraud risks, predict potential no-shows, and optimize fleet distribution
- Collaborate with Operations, Fraud Prevention, Product, and Data teams to align strategies and ensure impact
- Understand courier pain points and motivations to design data-informed solutions that improve courier satisfaction and operational excellence.

Business, Economics, Project Management, Business Analytics, or another data-driven domain; ~3+ Years of experience providing internal teams with data for decision-making and acting on those insights; ~ Strong analytical and coding skills; ~ Good SQL and Excel proficiency or extensive coding experience; ~ Experience with BI platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI; ~ Strong strategic vision and business mindset; ~ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; ~ Ability to break down complex problems into solutions; ~ Ability to work in a high-growth, high-performance environment and handle ambiguity; ~ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ~ English is a must; ~ Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
