Global community: In this role, you will have the opportunity to assess and identify market attractiveness, provide targeted information and specialized financial analysis on potential acquisitions as well as prepare and deliver high-impact communication of your synthesized findings. During your first few years with the firm,



you will serve as a business analyst on multiple client engagements and work with a number of colleagues and clients in a range of private investor settings across different industry and functional areas and develop significant business experience as well as an investor mindset. You will likely intersect with many elements of our firm's work including digital, implementation, and tech and analytics capabilities.

Capital consultants will be staffed full time to client engagements. You will be based in our Madrid office as part of our Private Capital practice. Our practice is the world's leading advisor to the Private Capital industry and a high growth area for the firm, working with many of the most significant general and local private investors and their portfolio companies.

Undergraduate degree or master's degree or 1+ years of work experience after completing your undergraduate degree Previous experience in investment bank, private equity or venture capital environment with exposure to transactions and/or working in a private equity or venture capital backed company is a plus Investor mindset and experience or strong interest in private equity, real estate and/or venture capital Capability to drive an independent workstream in the context of a broader team project Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in Spanish and English
